I will discuss the results of my Ignatian Pedagogy Research Grant, which I applied to a revision of my history course "Food, Hunger and Power in the Modern World." I will discussed what worked and what didn't, and the 'trickle-down' effect of explicitly framing my course in terms of social justice.
